Crisis communication

The concept of press videoconference (?) is specially suited for communication crisis.

In this case, journalists are notified by emails, instant messages, SMS, and telephone calls. The press videoconference is setup and ready to go within four (4) hours time maximum (press videoconference room setup, text notification creation, notification sending, host contact and support to connect, technical support to all participants attempting to join and participate to the press videoconference).

The African Press Organization can also distribute a press release within four (4) hours and organize writing and telephonic interviews within six (6) hours.
